How do I leave a review of a movie/show?
I see up to five star reviews available on movies and shows, but I am not able to click on them. Is this a limitation of the iPhone, or am I missing a setting?
Have to use a web browser and do so on amazon.com.
Do a Search for Amazon Movie Reviews Cancelled. I did and found that Amazon does not agree with public opinion, and has stopped accepting reviews. I just tried to review 2 movies and found the Reviews section grayed out. One site reported that the audience response to WOKE issues in movies generated "too many" negative reviews causing those shows to become lower ranked and the number of views dropped precipitously as a result Amazon wants you to watch what they want you to watch. They do not care what you like or prefer. I'm going to other services now.
Amazon website on a browser
search for and click on the video
I just opened Kelly's Heroes and the reviews tab is not accessible.
they've moved it:
click on Details
click on Read all reviews
click on Write a Review
What I see is grayed out, and apparently others see the same.
Hello @Travis2Tone and @JAGUAR6CY !
I'm sorry you're having trouble leaving Prime Video reviews; I can see how that could be frustrating!
To leave reviews on Prime Video, go to Prime Video -> select your video -> "details" -> "Rate this video". The option will be grayed out if you have NOT watched the video via Prime Video.
The picture is from "Kelly's Heroes", which I have not watched, so it is grayed out .
Amazon does not censor Customer reviews based on being "woke" or "conservative". We take our Customer feedback seriously and appreciate constructive reviews that help other Amazon users to make important decisions about what to read, watch, listen to or buy.
Thanks to @King Harvey D ♔ and @CBRetriever for being invaluable helps. You know I appreciate you!
It's my pleasure to offer help, so please let me know if this worked by tagging me @Amanda S. (Amazon Staff) in any future comments.
If any of the answers in this thread helped you, press the " Select as Best Answer " button to label that response as the best answer.
On Feb 10, 2024, this worked for me:
From the main title screen of the video, click "Details". Then click the "Rate this video" button.
